Deer

Wildlife abounds at Pursell Farms, tucked away in the southern tip of Talladega County at the end of the Appalachian Mountain chain. And deer are no exception! Hunters will enjoy guided deer hunts, including three days and three nights at Pursell Farms, with luxury accommodations, hot breakfasts, field lunches and dinners. On-site transportation and game cleaning are also provided.

The Hunt

Knowledgeable, courteous guides work hard throughout the year and during every hunt in hopes of getting each hunter an opportunity at a trophy buck. Pursell Farms is all about quality, and that is what to expect when you deer hunt with us. Each three-day hunt consists of four hunters, maximum; this helps to minimize hunting pressure, which increases the odds for each hunter.

Deer Hunt Information

A buck must have at least 8 points and have a 15-inch inside spread to be eligible for harvest. Any hunter who harvests a buck that does not meet this minimum requirement will be charged an additional $500.

Any cancellations and/or changes made to the original reservation must be made at least 30 days prior to the reservation date.
